Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases made on Tediux, including but not limited to credit packages, are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, it cannot be reversed, refunded, or exchanged.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood this no-refund policy
• You agree that all purchases are final
• You waive any right to request a refund, chargeback, or dispute the payment
• You understand that AI-generated outputs may require multiple iterations

2. Credit System

Our credit system operates as follows:

• Non-Refundable: Credits purchased cannot be refunded, regardless of whether they are used or unused
• Expiration: Credits expire 30 days from the date of purchase. Expired credits are forfeited and non-refundable
• No Cash Value: Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money
• Non-Transferable: Credits cannot be transferred between accounts
• Usage: Once credits are used for AI operations, deployments, or other services, they cannot be recovered

3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Please be aware that:

• AI-generated applications may not be fully functional from a single prompt
• Complex applications typically require multiple iterations and refinements
• The quality and functionality of AI outputs can vary
• Credits consumed for AI operations are non-refundable regardless of the output quality
• You are responsible for reviewing and testing all generated code

Dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs does not constitute grounds for a refund.

4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider is a violation of this policy. If you initiate a chargeback:

• Your account will be immediately suspended
• All credits and services associated with your account will be revoked
• You may be permanently banned from using our services
• We reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover lost funds and associated costs

5. Account Termination

If your account is terminated (whether by you or by us):

• All unused credits are forfeited immediately
• No refunds will be issued for unused credits
• Deployed applications may be taken offline
• You are not entitled to any compensation for lost services or credits

6. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion:

• Duplicate charges due to a technical error on our payment system
• Unauthorized transactions that can be verified through our security systems
• Where required by applicable law that supersedes this policy

Even in these cases, any refund is at our sole discretion and is not guaranteed.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability, but:

• Service interruptions or downtime do not entitle you to a refund
• We do not guarantee 100% uptime
• Scheduled maintenance may temporarily affect service availability
• Third-party service outages are beyond our control
